This was our internship site. Jamaica AIDS Support for Life (JASL) It was a beautiful home that was converted into a safe haven/ clinic that was used to educate different groups within the community. Those groups included LGBT, Deaf community, Sex workers, Homeless, and Children that were orphaned because of their parents/guardians died from HIV.

Our first day at JASL. Our group was made up of only six students including myself. We all were so eager for the challenges and the experiences we faced during this trip. We were brainstorming on the projects that were given to us. We created timelines and outlines to keep us on track and organized.
